Student Guild

Our students are encouraged to take on leadership roles across the College. The student guild is the collective representative voice of the students. Elections are held annually with six representatives each from Year 11 and 12.

The students represent their year group and the wider school community and are involved in a number of important activities that involve the following aspects:

  • Student Affairs
  • Student Facilities
  • Whole School Assemblies
  • Sevenoaks Got Talent
  • College Ball
  • Presentation Ceremony
  • College Year Book
  • Organisation and assistance at school events
  • Commitment to community service activities

Students submit nominations to form part of the Student Guild. Students present their nomination case to the student body. Following this, elections are held and supervised by representatives of the Electoral Commission.

Once the guild has been selected, two members will be elected as Co-Captains of the College. Students submit a written application followed by an interview with the Principal and Student Services Program Coordinator.

If you have any questions about the Student Guild and how to get involved, please visit the Student Services Hub located next to the Café.
