The teaching staff at Sevenoaks bring a diverse range of experiences and qualifications to the table. Their expertise includes teaching qualifications as well as contemporary knowledge.
At Sevenoaks, the focus extends beyond mere structures and technology. It is the dedicated and motivated staff who truly make a difference. Their commitment to creating a positive learning environment for young adults is evident. With a largely permanent staff, there are minimal staff changes each year, fostering strong partnerships between students and teachers. These educators work within their sphere of expertise to shape the educational experience.
Ongoing professional learning ensures that staff stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills, supporting students as they prepare to transition beyond school life.
Our support staff are integral to the teaching and learning program supporting students with their education journey. Our clerical support staff, education assistants, psychologist, laboratory technicians and youth workers all work together to ensure that students are connected to Sevenoaks in the most positive way.
Sevenoaks values its staff, recognising that they play a pivotal role in nurturing lifelong learning and providing a solid foundation for students’ future journeys.
