Each student is linked to a teacher advocate who has the special role of providing that student with essential support, their unique needs, aspirations, and challenges. Our dedicated advocates work closely with students to address these needs, whether it’s academic, emotional, or personal.
• Community: We recognise that education extends beyond textbooks and classrooms. It’s about creating a community where students feel valued, heard, and supported. Through advocacy, we build bridges between students, teachers, and the broader school community.
• Belonging: Our goal is to ensure that every student feels like they belong. When students feel accepted and included, they are more likely to engage actively in their learning journey. We celebrate diversity and create an environment where everyone’s unique strengths are appreciated.
• Empowering Futures: By nurturing a sense of belonging, we empower students to envision and shape their own future. Whether they aspire to further education, vocational training, or entrepreneurial endeavours, advocacy plays a pivotal role in helping them realise their potential.
