Our Year 12 Presentation Ceremony will be held on Sunday 2 November. This year, we are headed to the Grand Ballroom at Crown Perth!
Students will receive a permission form from their English teacher this week or early next week.
Spare copies will be made available for collection in the Library.
Tickets will go on sale Monday 18 August and will be available in the Front Office. Students must return their signed permission form before purchasing tickets.
Students may only purchase tickets before/after school, during free zones or break times.
All the details about the event are included in the permission form, however we’ve put together some FAQs to help:
- Q: Is there a limit on tickets? A: No, our venue this year is very large and we are excited to not have to limit the number of guests students may bring along with them (yay!)
- Q: Do students have to be there at 11:45am A: yes, all students are required to arrive at 11:45am for gowning and rehearsal. This is compulsory.
- Q: Can my parents/guests be there for rehearsal at 11:45am? A: No, there are plenty of lovely waiting areas, restaurants and entertainment available at Crown and in the surrounding areas. Only students may enter the ballroom for rehearsal. Doors open for parents/guests at 2:10pm and the ceremony begins at 2:30pm sharp.
- Q: Will there be professional photography? A: yes, Bliss Studio (who were also at the Ball) will be available for professional photos from 11:45am – 5:00pm. Photos can be purchased after the event and details will be shared through Connect and socials about this.
- Q: Is there reserved seating for parents/guests? A: no, seating works on a first in, first served basis. This has been clearly stated on the permission form and on the ticket this year to avoid confusion.
