It is my absolute pleasure to announce that April 1, 2022 has been CONFIRMED as the new date for our Year 12 Sevenoaks Senior College Ball. I understand this has been a stressful process and would like to thank each and every one of you for being so patient while we worked through the final details.
STUDENT AND GUEST PERMISSION FORM:
Will be available in the Library from tomorrow, Thursday 24 February. There are a number of changes to requirements and things to be aware of due to COVID-19. Please take the time to read through the form carefully before you sign and return it. You will need to return your completed form when you are making payment at the Front Office.
PAYMENT: $100 per person
Can be made by cash or card at the Front Office from Thursday, 24 February. Full payment is encouraged however part payment (2x$50) is possible if required. Payment cannot be taken until permission forms have been completed and proof of Vaccination sighted. If you have already paid for the Ball, please see Elaine in the Library as we still need to collect a new permission form from you. If you plan on bringing a guest, the Guest Approval Process will need to be finalised before guest payment can be taken.
Payment must be finalised by 2pm, Thursday March 17. No late payments will be accepted.
Any student wishing to bring a guest who does not attend Sevenoaks Senior College will need to follow the Guest Approval Process. This includes obtaining approval from either Ms Morgan, Vice Principal, or Ms Ivison, Student Services Coordinator. The process is further detailed on the permission form.
VENUE SEATING CHART:
Will be available in the Library from tomorrow, Thursday 24 February. Seating at the venue is limited to 10 people per table, so make time to visit the Library during free zones, recess or lunch and put your name on the seating chart to ensure you are placed with your friends.
